National Engineers Week is the perfect opportunity for me to celebrate the incredible team at Cambridge Precision Ltd.
The exceptional individual talents they bring to the table make our work possible, while their tireless effort and meticulous attention to detail ensure we deliver the precision engineering solutions our global customers depend on.
Our company is fortunate to have a seasoned and talented engineering team. Several of our engineers have been loyal members of the CP family for over 30 years, while many of our section leaders have dedicated 25 years or more to developing their skills and expertise within our organisation.
Two of our most senior engineers, Kieran and Gary, who head up our CNC turning & CNC mill turn facility stumbled into engineering by chance, but over the past two decades have become invaluable assets to our company.
Andrew Barnard, the exceptionally skilled head of our CNC milling section, has played a pivotal role in advancing our autonomous capabilities. As one of the pioneering engineers in the UK to work with floor-standing Cobots (collaborative robots), his enthusiasm for technology is highly contagious. Andy is a driving force behind our continuous improvement initiatives, constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
This longevity and growth among our engineering talent reflects immense credit on both the individuals and our company’s commitment to fostering career development.I feel truly fortunate to collaborate with such a wonderful group of people who give 110% effort every single day.
It is a true privilege and a genuine pleasure to work with such an amazing team. Thank you all for your incredible contributions and dedication.
